In a new article published by STORES.org titled From Fail to Sale, author Sandy Smith highlights how three different brands from three entirely different industries utilize Experticity to train and reward the retail sales associates who sell their products every day. The brands — New Balance, Goal Zero, and StriVectin — have been able to turn what is usually a pain point into opportunity and results have followed.

“We as a brand need to make sure retail sales associates are well-versed on ‘updates’ and changes to key models,” says Jon Hogan, New Balance’s sales planning coordinator. “Customers demand a certain level of expertise. Negative reviews based on a perceived lack of knowledge or training can impact a brand, account and shoe very easily.”

Alisa Hawkins from Goal Zero also said, “People who are working at an REI or another similar store are [the] people who are really selling our product…We wanted to make sure that they’re trained and they have access to products.” And it’s paying off. “We’ve seen the growth with Experticity go hand in hand,” Hawkins says. “We don’t think we’d have been able to grow as quickly without that training piece behind it.”

Through product expertise, consistent messaging and on demand training, these three brands as well as hundreds of others have been able to ensure that their customers get the shopping experience they deserve. Click here to read the full article to learn more.
