Fantastic feel all around

I have taken this board out in a variety of conditions and it is really fun. I can personally tell the difference between this board and the flex and pop I get with a carbon board, and this is slightly heavier than what I am use to. I also can notice a bit of catch on the tail on variable terrain inbounds - but nothing too concerning. This board reallly floats otherwise and that makes for an excellent ride! I threw Karakoram bindings on, and downhill I cannot tell that it is a splitboard, the ride is really smooth. I highly recommend!

Extremely Fun Board

I switched over from snowshoes in the back country and I'm never going back. I've ridden in a broad variety of terrain and I'm surprised with how much fun it is in both fresh deep snow and after hours at the resort. It pops extremely well, can carve turns on fresh corduroy, and floats on powder. This board is so much fun I'm thinking of buying the non-split version for my resort board next year. As for the build quality, I haven't had any issues. The clips work well and I can transition the board in just a few minutes.

Exceeds all expectations

The build quality is second to none. It carves on 'Cascade Concrete' and floats on powder. I was surprised to see how much control you can have on powder (it can turn almost as easy as on packed snow), compared to my old Burton Custom that drives more like a semi truck. I got it for some limited use when skinning was required and ended up using it as my resort board... It was also very nice of them to deliver it ready to run (other than the pain of installing splitboard bindings - got spark R&D arc on mine). When it comes to specs, if anybody is interested the 162 board weighs 11.2lbs with spark Arc R&D bindings and spark R&D canted pucks installed.

Initial feedback for the Telos DST Splitboard

The DST splitboard is a gem. I have toured the side-country of our resort for a handful of days and I can speak to variable snow conditions, its performance on the skin track, and the board both in-bounds and out of bounds. I am impressed with the responsive snap and pop of the board, really a fun deck to ride. Very lightweight, and noticeably so in touring mode. Caught a decent pow day recently and can say with confidence this board stays on top. Dropped into some chunder from a recent slide and experienced that this board can hold its own in setup snow and ice. I have confidence that this board will hold its edge on steeper and bigger lines this season. Totally recommend taking the Telos plunge.

Awesome board.

Expert Recommendation Content Rode this board at the resort for a week to get used to it. Rode in all conditions gnarly sun crust, wind buff, dust on crust, and blower. After riding volume shifted boards for a while it took a second to used to a traditional true camber shape but handled everything I threw at really well, steep jumps turns, and cliff drops, even took it through the park jumps. Going to buy the solid version.

Great Board. Responsive but still nice and playfull in the powered.

I have used the board 5 times this year in the backcountry. Being a resort rider for a long time I wanted a board that could still handle the steep hard pack in the back country but also be playfull enough to handle like a resort board. This board has meet that need and has performed on everything I have thrown at it so far. Would recommend!

Purchased my first splitboard and too many good things to say

This splitboard is fantastic. I bought it January of 2022. Handles great in the deep backcountry snow and also on the hardpack of a resort. An all-around great board whether you're a beginner or someone who's more advanced. The Telos brand will be a brand I continue to recommend.

Easy to transition board from skis to snowboard. Edge was decent out of the box and performed well over a few days and about 40 miles of skinning and snowboarding in Yosemite
