Good, but arrived damaged and still is

The cooler itself I like, it'll keep things nice and cool for at least a day depending on how hot it is outside. The capacity is great for a single person, good enough for two, and ok if you have multiple people who need space. The elastic band on top is very convenient as a kind of cargo net, especially if you have a bottle or mug, and is adjustable. The closures feel nice and secure, no leaks. Now to my issue, specifically with durability and the warranty. It arrived with a small crack on the cooler where the handle attaches, which I assume was damage during shipping. I tried to be gentle when carrying it, but it broke completely not long after. I submitted a warranty claim a month or two later, and eventually got a response three months later. Another three months have passed after supplying them pictures and I still haven't received a response. I understand things are not quite ideal for everyone, and there may be supply line, and customer service issues. I just want to share my warranty experience, which I will update if it changes. I am still using it, and carrying it from the bottom, so it still does its primary job, it is just not very portable anymore. Update: I finally got a warranty replacement that is not broken. Took 11 months to get replaced.

Great Personal Cooler

I have had this cooler for a few years now and use it for days in the field or out to the range. It is rugged and durable. The two locking clamps seal the lid tight and Keep ice in the cooler for well over 24 hours. Big enough to fight a wide variety of food and drinks to last you for even the longest day. Car Cooler

The perfect sized cooler for all my road trips. Across town or across the country, this cooler keeps drinks cold while riding in a hot truck during the summertime. The size is just about perfect. Even loaded with drinks and ice, it's still lightweight and portable enough to throw on the raft for a day's worth of fishing. This cooler has held up to the elements of the salt water when taking it fishing or hunting in the bay. Even the nasty mud washes off easily.

The perfect size cooler

We have a cooler that’s way too big and heavy to do anything but keep it in the back of the truck, but this isn’t that cooler. We got one to keep in our car for those trips when we might want a cold drink or a snack. It works great at keeping stuff I’ve cold even in a closed car in a hot parking lot in August. The bungee on the top is a nice touch as well, perfectly sized for a Stanley Thermos. This cooler is just as good as their vacuum bottles. Highly recommend.

I used to have the 7 qt. size cooler and loved it until it got stolen. Figured I should upgrade capacity with the 16 qt. - great size for 2 people for a couple days worth of food or a picnic. And it really insulates well: on a camping trip from Fri-Sun on a hot summer weekend in Oregon, some of our ice packs were still a bit frozen by the end of the trip! The latches on my old 7 qt. were tough to operate, but the ones on my new 16 qt. are nice and easy

Best lunch box ever

I have owned this cooler for about 3 years now. I bought it as my daily lunch box for work as I am not able to put my food in a fridge. I can put 2 icepacks in there in the morning, they not only keep my food and drink cold but they are still cold at the end of my 14 hour shift. Plus you can use the cooler as a stool if you have no where else to sit.

We use it all the time. Perfect for road trips and outings at the beach or lake. Keeps food and drinks cold. Has a strong seal. The bungee on top is great for holding our speaker. Love it!

Fun

I purchased a small one and liked it so much, I purchased 4 medium ones fore Christmas presents. Fun colors with good latching system and tie downs on top. keeps food cold for the day and cool through the second day. only regret is it could have a bit more insulation.

Exactly what we need

This cooler is perfect for a day trip. Fits enough drinks for me and my husband for a night out or a day on the water. Keeps our drinks cold all day long

great cooler, but

would have been a ten but it is a 1/2" short of being able to stand up a beer bottle, so they have to be laid down. I don't tote glass on adventure trips, but sometimes I use this cooler to visit friends or sit around a fire in the back yard.

Great Lunchbox

We use the as a lunch box as well as to bring drinks to small family gatherings! Get lots of compliments on the design and it keeps all of our food/drinks cold for hours. Highly recommend
