Good, but arrived damaged and still is
The cooler itself I like, it'll keep things nice and cool for at least a day depending on how hot it is outside. The capacity is great for a single person, good enough for two, and ok if you have multiple people who need space. The elastic band on top is very convenient as a kind of cargo net, especially if you have a bottle or mug, and is adjustable. The closures feel nice and secure, no leaks.
Now to my issue, specifically with durability and the warranty. It arrived with a small crack on the cooler where the handle attaches, which I assume was damage during shipping. I tried to be gentle when carrying it, but it broke completely not long after. I submitted a warranty claim a month or two later, and eventually got a response three months later. Another three months have passed after supplying them pictures and I still haven't received a response. I understand things are not quite ideal for everyone, and there may be supply line, and customer service issues. I just want to share my warranty experience, which I will update if it changes. I am still using it, and carrying it from the bottom, so it still does its primary job, it is just not very portable anymore.
Update: I finally got a warranty replacement that is not broken. Took 11 months to get replaced.
