Solid
Overall NSF's CM (creatine monohydrate) is a solid product. CM is a well studied supplement that has generally shown positive results and has been considered pretty safe for use/consumption. CM is also a relatively cheap product to make. The use of CM versus other forms of creatine (i.e. Creatine HCL) are still up for debate but considering that CM is largely more studied compared to other forms, I'd recommend using CM. Dosing can vary as well, but NSF's instructions on the package labeling are a good starting point. Reference: Jäger, R., Purpura, M., Shao, A., Inoue, T., & Kreider, R. B. (2011).
