I have used this nonstop for four months straight for everything from beef jerky to dehydrated fruits to making homemade spices. It has taken everything I have thrown at it with ease. The quality of the construction is unmatched, and it holds up so well. The only thing I wish was available was more trays for things like fruit leather because it only comes with one. Cleaning is a breeze as well!
