Great hat for Ladies

Comfy, light weight and just to cute! I used this hat on the Oregon PCT for 427 miles. Loved it. I liked that it wasn’t too large of a brim, like Trucker Hats. The clasp on the back worked well. Never came undone. The color was fun, it matched my OR eco sun hoody. Can’t go wrong with any OR products. They are my favorite pieces of gear. This was my second OR hat in 4 years. Both are still in great condition, showing no wear.

Hike the Dolomites in this and loved it!

Washed it out everyday. Dried quickly. Wide brim kept sun off my face. Kept air flowing. Loved the adjustable hat clip in the bac. Material is extremely lightweight. It packs easily and keeps its shape Great for anyone beginner or expert who needs sun coverage but not wear something heavy on their head.

Perfect Everyday Hat

I use this hat to run, climb and work. It's the most comfortable hat I've ever owned and it vents extremely well for most activities. The retention system is great for keeping the hat snug for climbing and running.

The perfect cap?

My husband and I both love these hats. Comfortable to wear, they don't press down on ears and are easy to adjust. Spray with Permethrin and the bugs stay away - great for summer hiking, evening walks, trail running, and casual wear. The sides vent well and a little breeze can get thru.

Fantastic workout hat!

This is my second of these hats, I wear them every time I run. They are very well built and very breathable. Extremely durable with a comfortable fit, good wicking material (sweat pushed to brim and doesn’t drip down your face, I am an extremely sweaty person), and very good sun coverage. Bill works well with most sunglasses (I have large blocky costa Del Mar’s that fit well under the brim). Only issue I have with it is the tab in the back can be hard to get out of the way due to the difficulty of feeding it back into the hat.

Excellent High Volume Hat

This hat is very comfortable, lightweight and breathable, and has enough volume to fit many sizes of head. I use it primarily for hiking and running and often forget it's there.

Enjoy this hat. Use it for running. Lightweight and nice fitting. Easy to wash and comes out looking like it should. Able to extend for large head.

Does the job well!

Not much to say other than it does the job and it is my staple for all hikes and backpacking trips. It's been washed likely close to ~50 times by now and it's held up the use very well. Putting it in the dryer is not the best for the brim so I just air dry it and it's fine.

Very comfortable hat!

The hat is very light and comfortable and feels great to wear. I have been wearing it at work and hardly feel like I have a hat on.

All round great work/hiking hat

It's been hot this summer and I work outside, as well as needing protection from sun burn, which these hats provide - I have several and hand wash them when needed.

Love this classic

Great fitting hat. Breathable and light weight. I use it for running and prefer the lighter colors. I have three of these hats. Blocks sun and sheds sweat. Adjustable and this review won’t let me end it without typing more. Wants me to say is this better for a beginner or an expert. It’s a hat that is comfortable. Still wants me to type. Not boxy like a trucker hat. Come on now. How much more do you want me to type.

I write this hat every day during a 7 day hike. It was perfect in cooler days keeping the sun from my face, but was also breathable so I could wear it in really hot days comfortably. Also super easy to adjust, which is nice. This is my news favorite hat!

Lightweight and very comfortable

Shortly after getting these in (I bought one in green and one in orange) I took the orange one on a camping trip. I told myself it would be my beater for camping and hunting so I didn't hold back. I wore it for a three day car camping trip with lots of humid hiking and I dipped it in multiple streams to cool my head; I was shocked after the trip; it still looked like new. I know this isn't much time yet but I'm very impressed. They are lightweight so I don't recommend it for trudging through brush or anything that will have lots of abrasive contact, but for a lightweight hiking, running, and 'on the water' hat it's absolutely perfect.

The OSFM fits just as well as the previously sized iterations, however, I appreciate the new softer and pre-folded bill on these new ones.

Put it on, forget it’s there

Only had one run in it to date but having adjusted the strap and put it on I basically forgot about it. Didn’t mess with my Shocks Open Run headphones, didn’t make me ridiculously hot, didn’t bounce about or move around and kept the light drizzle out of my eyes. Might interfere with sunglasses, yet to try but otherwise will be my go to run hat and perhaps even my cap for times I want a cap. I like the non trucker style and the curved peak. Subtle colour and logo, nicely vented. Perfect.

This is my 5th hat!

I absolutely love the OR Swift Cap. It's comfortable and secure on my head. The brim isn't too big. It's my go-to running/hiking/every day cap to protect my face from the sun. It also works great in rainy weather. The hat holds up really well throughout all my activities, if only I didn't keep losing them!

Great style, lightweight and cool

While I love the color, shape and styling of this cap, I knocked one star off for the fiddly clip in back. It's a tongue in groove type snap and it's needs to line up with the groove before it clicks into place. It also can come apart too easily while wearing. I think a regular snap would have been better.

Great cap

These caps have good ventilation and fit, they are great for all outdoor activities. Probably need something different for rainier environments.

Fabulous fitted cap!!!

Fabulous fitted cap!!! no strap in the back no plastic piece that’s irritating the back of your head it’s amazing. Breathable perfect for hiking in hot weather or working out in the gym! Need more like this.

Perfect for backpacking.

So I’m bald but my head also sweats like crazy. I got this hat for hiking and backpacking light weight keeps the sun and sweat out of my eyes.

One of the best hats

High quality, lightweight, and breathable. This hat does it all and for the perfect price. It also fits my massive head which is the real selling point. I already bought a second one and I am sure I will get a third.

Love this cap!

What can is say? This cap is easy on/off, great for keeping the bug out of my hair when I hike. The visor gives extra protection for the eyes and face from the sun. It is cooling, as well. Love it.
