Warm and comfortable beanie

Great beanie, I keep it in my travel suitcase. Wear it on cold nights on the road. The tag on it is very prominent, so it looks kinda funny if you don't put the hat on straight. I could do without that big tag on there, but otherwise it's a good hat.

Finally a hat that isn't itchy!

Normally I can only wear a beanie for a short amount of time before it becomes uncomfortably itchy. This hat I can wear all day. Best beanie ever!

The beanie of all beanies

Similar to other reviewers, a good beanie that fits your noggin and looks great is rare. This OR beanie is my absolute favorite. Perfect fit, great weight and warmth, and love the look. I throw this in all my hiking packs just in case and never regret it!

I have this beanie in almost every color because they are so simple yet versatile. They are perfect for every day wear because they fit well and look nice, but I always grab one to take on my camping, backpacking, or outdoor adventures. They work well for me in temps down to about 20-25 degrees if I'm not being active, and down to single digits when active.

Simple design that gets it done

This hat checks all of the boxes. It's straightforward style can be worn around town as well as on the trail or in the snow. It's plenty warm without being overkill.

Duck hunting in weather and your breaking ice. Used this hat and kept everything warm. I also use this hat in town.

Great overall, though a little thin

Overall I like this beanie. It fits great, it's comfortable, and it has enough material to roll down over my ears and the back of my neck. I dinged it a star because it's much thinner than I expected, based on the product description saying it's "inspired by its namesake", Juneau, Alaska, and having an "emphasis on cold". If you plan to rely on this for severe cold weather with no other head covering, you might want to look elsewhere. But it if will be used in moderate cold or with other layers (e.g., an insulated jacket hood), then go for it.

Awesome Hat!!

This is a super soft hat. Usually the acrylic hats from other brands are stiff and itchy. Not OR's hat. This thing is super soft and super warm. It fits perfect and covers my ears great.

Maybe not for for skiing or hiking, but nice

A little smaller for big heads and kinda thin, not going to keep you warm in freezing weather and wind, but stylish and comfy none the less

This hat made me into a beanie person. Then my fiancé stole it.

I don’t even like hats. I was hoping this would be tolerable for when my hair gets disgusting on camp trips and when I’m about to freeze... but it blew me away. It’s so stretchy and soft and doesn’t really keep up after you put it on, like some beanies do. I put it on and don’t want to take it off, which is uncommon for me! I love the color, everything is really perfect. My fiancé tried it on too, and immediately fell in love, so it looks like I’ll be buying another one!
