My favorite coat

I live in the mountains in Colorado and I love this coat! It's my new favorite coat. It's extremely warm (I've worn it every day on my walk to and from the ski resort I work at since I've bought it and it keeps me warm no matter the weather), it has lots of big pockets (the outside pocket can easily fit my 18oz yeti coffee mug in it, and I love all of the inner pockets), and is a good length (it's slightly longer than a normal puffy coat). Love everything about this coat!

excellent Belay jacket

I've got the men's version and My wife have this one. We just got back from 2 days at Ouray Ice Park in CO. On day 1 was it was 20 degrees and snowing most of the day. If my wife wasn't actively climbing she had this jacket on over her kit. She also used it as her main jacket in the evening in town for dinner. SIZING: it's designed to fit over your normal ice climbing kit. I sized it the same size as her outer shell. It fits great when using it for its main purpose and is roomy if you're using as just a warm puffy jacket

Warm!

This is a great overcoat/belay jacket--exactly what I was looking for! I'm 5'3 125lbs and I purchased a size Small. It fits easily over a micro puff & ski shell. The length is ideal, down to mid-thigh. It's incredibly warm and surprising light for its size.

Great coat! Warm and cozy

My gf wore this jacket multiples, warm but she still feels a bit cold sometimes with the winds up in Canada, we will see how it holds up with the extreme temperatures in Canada. She might have to wear something underneath. She loves how it runs big and it is super cozy. It is prefect for the mountains or for daily use ! Definitely recommends this !

Bigger than you think

I think this is a great jacket. I love the length. My only regret is that I didn't buy it in a smaller size. I think that it runs big...I bought a medium as I usually am between a small and a medium. But the medium is big. It is still warm, but kind of like wearing a sleeping bag.

Very warm, comfortable, and quality.

This jacket is incredibly warm and comfortable. This is my go to for any winter day. It's sized slightly larger and perfect for layering. I would say that it's not the most packable. There is a pouch that is stored in one of the inner pockets that the jacket packs into. The size would make for a perfect small camping pillow but it may be too large if packing size is of concern. I would highly recommend this jacket for any cold weather sport or outdoor activity. For sizing: I ordered a medium and have quite a bit of room for layering. I'm 5'2", 135 pounds, 36C, size 6 pants. I'm happy with the fit but I prefer extra roomy jackets.

Lightweight

High packability and lightweight parka, soft materials. Still can feel some coldness through seams during snow camping nights, but it’s probably question to the whole system of clothing overall.

Best Puffy Ever

I wear this on cold days, out ice fishing, on night walks. It is so well designed and regulates temperature better than any other piece of gear I own. Only drawback is that the pockets are low. The jacket itself is long, if they were higher the weight would carry better and be more accessible.

Best Puffy in the Game

I am obsessed with this puffy. It's incredibly warm, durable and the hood is big enough for a ski helmet but not too big when you're out and about in town. My only qualm is the lack of color choices.

Northern NY

This coat keeps me so warm I have to unzip it at times. In upper state of NY that’s hard to say for most other coats. So far warm down to 16 degrees.

This is the perfect parka. It can easily be pulled over your other layers when touring the backcountry or belaying your partner in the cold. Keeps you warm, good wind blocking, and bottle pockets that will fit a 1.5 liter Nalgene

Warm and cozy

Was looking for a jacket to keep the chill out and this absolutely does! Incredible warmth. I'm tall 5'11" and very few brands have long enough sleeves. The sleeve and jacket length is great. Love how it packs up in the included pouch. While highly utilitarian, it's lacking in feminine styling. Would not be as appealing for those looking for form over function.

Alaska approved

I absolutely love this coat, but the zipper gives me serious problems. Every second counts when you are running out the door on a rescue call.

Very warm and cozy parka!

I have worn this parka several times, but just put it to the test at Grayson Highlands State Park this past weekend. With temps in the teens, and a very cold wind chill, this parka kept me warm in the evening and through the night. The pockets are very functional and in the right places, and this is lightweight enough without sacrificing warmth. The only knock I have is that it's just slightly too big, but I'd rather have it that way so I can fit several layers underneath. Well worth it, and really pleased with this parka!

Super Alpine Down Parka

Perfect

I was so cold mid winter, bought this now I’m warm. Mostly use for lounging outside, walks, tempted to use it skiing. Super light weight. Good winter outside social distance jacket.

First impressions of this jacket are great! I bought it as a belay jacket for ice climbing in CO. Love the material and fit, incredibly warm.

Haven't tried it in the outdoors yet

I haven't yet tried in the outdoors, but it's been great so far for just hanging outside on frosty nights or going for a cold walk. It's big, but that is good so that it can go on over all my other layers. It's really warm and lightweight. Looking forward to taking it to a mountain top.

Perfect Belay Parka

This parka is exactly what I was looking for. It is warm enough to belay in freezing temperatures. It’s light weight and extremely warm. I look forward to wearing this in the mountains and around town this winter.
