This shirt is a good fit for sun protection while being outdoors without being too heavy or thick. It feels good and is well made. I love the color as well. I think it is good for any outdoor activity and is easily layered under a heavier mid-weight layer. This product is good for beginners or experts. Runs true to size for me. It also is a good length for me because I have a longish torso. Highly recommend.
