Baker Mitts

Hands down best ski/snowboard mitts out there. Keeps hands fully dry even in the wettest conditions possible (think pouring down rain on the mountain, hands still completely dry). Inserts are warm and removable. Extremely durable. Can't get anything better. Run true to size.

Warm and durable gloves

I have taken these gloves on multiple ski trips and loved using them. They are extremely warm and have kept my hands dry in stormy conditions. the outer shell provides great weatherproofing and durability while the inner lining provides warmth. My only complaints are that it can be too warm in nicer conditions and the inner liner can come out when taking off the glove. I would recommend this glove to anyone skiing in stormy or cold conditions looking for something that will hold up for years

Warm and verstatile

Used downhill skiing and touring. Very versatile, like the inner glove cause you can take the mitts off if you need to make adjustments to equipment. Only thing is that the string snapped but can be fixed. More for advanced activities.

bomber gloves

The heavy duty outer shell keeps the keeps the water out and your hands dry and the liners keep your hands nice and toasty. I use these in an Alaska back country trip during the springtime and my hand stayed warm at single digits and nice and dry during warmer days when things were melting. This item is great for novices or experienced that country enthusiasts. One note of caution is the insulated liner started on stitching in my ring finger, but I called OR and they sent me a complete replacement, no questions asked.

Used in the Artic Circle

I purchased these mittens for a trip to the Artic Circle and they performed very well. They kept my hands very warn and were water resistant. One complaint, the wrist tethers could be a bit of a pain to secure in extreme cold. Otherwise, an outstanding cold weather mitten that kept in the heat for hours on end to include dog sledding at night. I highly recommend for temps from 0-20 degrees F without an issue.

Great Glove

March Spring Break Ski Trip. Got one size up and fit perfectly. These were my backup gloves until thinner gloves got wet and had to swap to these for a powder day at Purgatory CO. Snow was very wet and temperatures ranged from low 20s at the summit to just around freezing at the base. Gloves were on the warm side but hands did not start sweating. Comfortable all day, snow stayed out, and hands were dry. Great for colder weather but never got to find the lower limits.

Great Glove for the Cold

Great glove for the cold, to make these a prefect glove I would recommend that more insulation be moved to the outer mitt, so that the liner glove could have a little less insulation to give it better dexterity. Another option would be to up side so that you could wear a feel thin liner in side the glove portion.

These are the warmest glove/mitten combo

My wife and I did an 8-day hut-to-hut ski trip in Finland and we both had this glove/mitten combo. Despite sub 0 celsius temperatures, our hands were always very warm. It was nice to be able to just use thee glover liner or the mitten shell by itself to help keep the hands warm but not too warm. This product is a "must buy" for any cold weather adventure.

Great Ski Glove

I use these mittens for skiing/snowboarding in the Northeast. Conditions range from rain and slush to very cold. Very warm glove, but not comfortable to wear without the liner. Good waterproofness.

Excellent protection. Warm and dry. Particularly due to the double layer system. Keeps hands warm in sub-zero temperatures.

Great gloves but you need to size up one size

Worked well in sub-zero weather. They are much better than standard-issue military cold-weather gloves. You couldn't find a better glove for snowboarding and ski-related activities. Warm without being too restricting. The gloves do a great job of keeping snow out of your jacket. The only issue is that I would size up one size from your usual glove size. If you don't buy a size up, you might not have much finger dexterity, which could cause issues depending on what you are doing.

Fit surprisingly small given I went up. Love the concept, felt like there’s room for improvement in terms of dexterity and easy on and offs. Overall great quality gloves with room for improvement.

Stellar Mittens.

Bought these mostly for the shells, but was pleasantly surprised with the liners. For the -20°f and below days I'll swap out the stock liners with OR CloudFront mittens. Keep those digits Toasty!

These mitts scream warmth when first trying them on. They appear to be very durable with strong seams that will hopefully last a good while. I look forward to using these this ski season and I think I will go in confidence of being warm with these mitts. These can be used by beginner or experts if you are trying to stay warm on those cold days when everyone else is in the lodge but you are staying out.
