Super warm, a little noisy

This is an incredibly warm beanie that I plan on using for sleeping in the backcountry. It's very light and comfortable, though will need to be sized right as it has less stretch than most. It's made of a typical nylon shell you'd find in a down jacket, and does come down over your ears, so it is a bit noisy to wear. I'd definitely recommend it for hunkering down, but perhaps not wearing while out and about.

Love the down beanie

I would not recommend to hike in the down beanie as you it will get drenched in sweat - but its great to wear for campsites or just a short hike. The size is a little small and it's not a very stretchy material.
