Very easy to use. Great product for the money. You can save your favorite loads in the phone app for future use.

There are a lot of reasons why I love this powder dispenser. The first is the app that allows you to keep track of your loads. The app also allows you to come back and edit the stats so that you can keep a running database of how each kid performed. Very user friendly once you get the unit leveled. The only negative I have to say about this unit is that I had it replaced a couple of time within the first year. With that being said, I was having a lot of issues with the scale not drifting from -2 to +2. No matter what I did, the scale would keep drifting. I didn’t take in consideration at the time that the scale is extremely sensitive and where I reloads, the temperature during that time dipped from 65-63 degrees. I only noticed this drifting during the winter. Never had any issues during the spring through summer months where the reloading room was above 70 degrees. Like I said, I replaced the unit a few times because I thought there was something wrong with the scale. Thankfully the customer service was great and sent me a replacement unit right away. Had it not been for those hiccups, this is definitely worth the money! I would highly recommend this to any reloader.

Original review below this revision. First, if you have a problem CALL customer service. Contacting through their website is a waste of time even though you will get a case number via email. A few notable improvements upon receiving a replacement unit. The app remains connected without any issues & readily connects whenever I open the app. I can leave the dispenser on and open the app at any time to see what the scale drift looks like. Secondly, the app now has a means to remotely upgrade the firmware for the Intelladropper. A big plus as they make improvements and bug fixes. The unit is more stable than the first one, it drifted negative a max of 1gr over several days, not perfect but stable enough for a reloading session. The drift seems to be temperature related. The touch panel is still the weak link in the product. On the replacement, the 4 & 9 take some fiddling to get it to sense contact. Going to live with this for a while and see it gets worse. One final note, you need to treat the entire thing for static. You can do this with a spray or take a dryer sheet and rub it down with that. To make my point, the static from the draft cover changed the scale reading by 0.3gr. On a positive note I did load this unit up with powder and calibrate it. It is FAST and accurate, I verified each charge with a second scale. The dispensing algorithm is much more advanced than my old Pact dispenser. I have yet to compare dispensing times between the two but I’m confident it’s consistently faster and more accurate. I withheld 1 star for the persistent drift and the finicky touch panel. Date code on this unit 8/2020 >>>>>>>>>>Initial Review<<<<<<<<<<<< I really wanted to like this product but my research has shown that it is hit or miss on getting a good one. Date code 6/2020 Observations: Drift is terrible, leave it on for 24 hours before using it, it will drift up on average three full grains in 8-10 hours. It will drift up a tenth grain every few minutes. My guess is that they skimped out on using a temperature compensates precision voltage source for the load cell. The touch screen on the unit I received will not zero which is kinda important with the drift. The units ‘key’ doesn’t function either. I can preform the zero and units selection using the phone app. So the touch screen on the unit I received is defective. As for the app, it’s buggy too. It drops connection randomly but I am able to get it to consistently lose connection if the scale goes negative. I don’t care for the snug fitting reservoir cap. I’d rather have something loose fitting like I have on my Pact dispenser. Less of a chance for doing something clumsy while prying off the cap especially when you have to dump an over charge. The draft guard is annoying because it just sits in place instead of being hinged & made worse by the lack of a tab or easy means of grabbing it to lift it off. The leveling feet are under the unit instead of protruding from the side so you have to tip the unit up some to adjust the feet. The Auto feature is nice, it starts dispensing powder when you place the pan back on the scale. I didn’t even bother loading powder in it to try and throw a charge. I immediately contacted customer service regarding the non functional touchscreen issue, (the other issues I am willing to accept and work around) but they have been unresponsive, as in no response after repeated attempts. Yes, FA is budget Chinese manufactured products but as a rule they have been functional for the average reloader. But this product is a big disappointment. Until they release a new & improved version, I would avoid this especially if you’re shopping for your first and only dispenser. If I ever get a functional replacement I will follow up with a review and comparison to my old Pact dispenser and also to a little sub $20 electronic scale that has been amazing.

This powder measure is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. Some of the plastics feel a little cheap, particularly the two physical buttons on the front of the measure. But it's very accurate and streamlines reloading quite a bit. I've easily cut down the amount of time I spent loading by half while increasing the accuracy and repeatability. I've been loading 140gr Barnes OTM bullets in 6.5 Creedmoor with StaBall 6.5 in reused factory brass with this powder measure. Each measure is consistent enough to keep my shot groups tight on an 8" target at 1k yards with no flyers. My only gripe is the tactile feedback of the two physical buttons on the front of the measure and the occasional connectivity issues I have with the Bluetooth. Both of those issues are easy to live with though.

This product works GREAT. If you are looking for a product that won't break the bank and make you more productive while reloading. This is the ticket. The powder drops are reliable and if the load is over or under weight it will beep to warn you. I do have to use the plastic cover while reloading as I have a ceiling fan right over my press so it was messing up my weights. The only thing I would change the tube to release the powder then swapping. I have forgotten and left it open twice now and made a mess. But, this is an easy remedy and also user error. Great Product and Highly RECOMMENDED!!!!

I've been using this powder measure for about a week and would recommend it. It's not perfect however, the keypad does not always register presses, especially on the '2'. You can work around this with the app which works well so it's not a debilitating issue. Function is fast and accurate, at least with Varget and H4350. I check every 10th or so on my balance beam scale and the weights have always been within my 0.1gr margin of error. I did have an issue at first with the throw being off a couple of tenths high or low at the beginning, but I releveled the unit and reran the powder calibration routine and never had any more trouble.

I have used this for load development for about 800 rounds now and I'm very happy with the results. It's as accurate as I need for PRS and the price through Expert Voice is very hard to beat.

I load precision rifle rounds. I started with 1 unit and immediately knew I needed a second one to increase productivity. I cannot keep up with 3 running at the same time. Fantastic product. Best electronic powder dispenser for the money

This is a quality built powder measure that is quick and accurate. I’m loading a cartridge with 92 grains of powder and this scale is right on. This measure is safe, accurate, and priced right. I’m very happy with the purchase.

I have used it for over a year without issue. I did have a friend get one that failed quickly but it was replaced with no issue.
