Sunwarrior gave me this free product to try. The Vanilla flavor has a smooth taste and mixes well. I enjoy the fact that along with having 14g of Protein and only 4g of carbs and 2g of fat shows the balance of it. With zero sugar it still has a pleasant taste. Another great factor is that it contains MCT's which are perfect for helping to keep sustained energy. This is definitely something for someone who is active and looking for a good protein source. The only thing I would want more of is fiber it only contains 2g of fiber.
