I've had 3 pairs of Garmont boots two pairs being the Bifida on average they have lasted me a year each of drilling 1 weekend a month (3 day drills) plus FTXs for ROTC (ranging from 3 days to 5 in the field) and ATs (lasting about 20 days) before I would need to consider getting a new pair. Overall these are a great pair of boots, they do not dry very quickly after heavy exposure to water like heavy rain storms and walking through swampy areas. I still like them though for their price to performance and build quality, one recommendation is to immediately change the insole for something more comfortable for your feet.

Great fit and great durability. Work well in the office, in the motor pool, or on a road march. Good support and no extra weight.

Great boots

They're very lightweight compared to other boots i have used, they're incredibly comfortable and feel more like sneakers than boots, but they held up well. They endured many, MANY miles of rucking and multiple FTX's. When the time comes they need replacing I'll buy another set of these.

Amazing boots

You can’t go wrong with these boots at all really sturdy support from rucking to every day duty use. I really like the side lace loops feels like the boot is strapped down no movement feels extremely comfortable and secure after using other boots can’t compare one very small down side is the boot being a little heavy but that is what adds the amazing support. I would definitely recommend for anyone.
