These pedals are simple, which I love. Not much to diss with. I also like that these have the same stack height as other crank bro pedals I have. I use the egg beaters for my gravel bike and candys for my xc bike. I tried the rag eaters on my xc bike and did not enjoy them with the lack of a platform. I also included a few times in the air. Not a problem on my gravel bike.

The beat pedal for MTB! I’ve used egg beaters deep in the jungles of Costa Rica, where the mud sticks to the bottom of of your shoe like glue. They’re the best for technical terrain when you slip a pedal and need to get back in ASAP. Always the easiest pedal to get your shoe into - no matter the conditions.

This is my 5th pair of egg beaters . It’s my go-to pedal for my CX Bike. Lightweight and sheds mud so well. Can get a little numbness on longer rides due to lack of a large platform but I figured that when I first saw them.
