I've been a believer in the power of probiotics since they help with whole body wellness (gut, immune, reproductive, brain, skin) It's difficult to figure out where to start, what to invest in, what's going to WORK, even after trying many. I recommend Women's Health probiotics to women of all ages 99% of the time, because even if you think you don't need vaginal health support, you never know when your diet, sweaty workout, STRESS, or bug going around could affect you! Prevention & upkeep? Worth investing! Bio-K's shots are a customer favorite because of their expertise in the field, and having a new shelf-stable line is a game changer, making the brand accessible to everyone who doesn't want a refrigerated item for any reason. I will absolutely forget probiotics in the fridge, and I've been remembering to take my Bio-K Women's Health since it's on my counter! The pills are tiny and light as air. SO easy to swallow.

Bio-K womens probiotic is certainly a viable one. I noticed changes in the first couple days. My body had to adjust to it at first, as I noticed my body odor and stool odor and consistancy change slightly. I normally do not smell much, this did however create a stronger odor for my body. My appetite increased dramatically, and I have gained 6lbs this month. Some of that is muscle, so I am not complaining!:) I have noticed improvements in energy, which has been great, as I have taken up extra work lately with my own buisness, and also lots of dancing! I tried to augment the probiotics efficacy after week 2 with extra fiber in my diet, as well as the occasional fiber supplement to feed the bacteria. I usually took this in the morning, but occasionally took it at night instead. I am very curious to try this longer, and under different paramaters perhaps (with/without food, only morning, only night, with extra fiber etc). I reacted very differently than I thought I would, and I have enjoyed speculating why that is. I'm also very happy to say that this was not one of those supplements that had no effect, which increases my trust for Bio-K. This is certainly a viable supplement, while not for everyone, it is definitely not a "sugar pill". I feel I have gained a lot from this experience and would definitely recommend giving this a go! One can learn a lot about their bodies in the details of its intricate conversation, in response to stimuli, such as this!
Good prophylaxis for Urinary health. Haven’t had any UTI issues while being on it for 2 weeks now. Pretty easy to swallow as it is on the smaller side of a capsule. Would be interested in trying other Bio K products, especially the gut health one.

Bio k gave me this product to try for free. I wasn't expecting much as I sometimes use a probiotic when feeling unbalanced. After a few weeks of use I noticed less feelings of being overfull after reading and fewer instances of feeling bloated. I had less heartburn and discomfort. I also was feeling as though I might be getting a uti, but that has resolved. this would be good for anyone looking to improve their gut health.

This is one of the best probiotics I've taken. No refrigeration needed and the capsule is so small it's easy to swallow and doesn't get stuck in your throat. I take a probiotic for daily gut support and this one is great. I didn't notice any adverse side affects while taking it and I have loved my experience with it. I have suffered with yeast for a while. And sometimes discharge and odor. Especially after my monthly. I have ZERO SMELL and no discharge. It works as it says. All you need is one capsule or two for more severe cases.
