Warm once you get situated...

This is definitely meant for a double layer hammock, trying to get comfortable while this thing is gripping your sleeping bag and your hammock is just a nightmare, and the rustling noise of your trying to get situated will keep everyone for 50yds annoyed... That being said, once you get set up, it is a dream, it kept me toasty hanging on the coastal cliffs of Maine in mid fall, down to mid 30s at night. It is also a total and utter pain in the ASS to deflate... holy smokes that was almost as annoying as trying to get set up for the night.

The anti slip sections didn't help much. While it didn't slip as much as my normal pad, it still did slip. Comfort-wise it is excellent and inflation wasn't too bad. It fits well in my hammock and feels well made and durable. It is not insulated and you will feel a chill without insulation of some sorts.

I ordered this for a multi day kayak trip to pair with my hammock. I haven't gotten to go on the trip yet, but I did test it out in the yard with the hammock, and it is extremely comfortable. It inflates super easy, ( I inflated it in about a minute without a pump), and deflates quickly as well. Its packable and would fit in my bag and store easily in my kayak. I look forward to actually getting to use this in the field.

I have only used a few times. I bought this for my hammock and it seems a little big for my hammock. Getting it to sit correctly and not pop out on one side, can be tricky. It works well as insulation, I just should have measured my hammock better.

This product helps makes hammock camping the best thing ever. I thought my hammock was pretty comfortable before i bought this, but now i honestly prefer sleeping in my hammock with this pad to my own bed.

A much needed upgrade for colder temps hammocking.

I've been a hammock person on my backpacking trips for years, but on the colder night. 40 or below i always got cold and my legs would be sore in the morning. But this year EVERY night the hammock was so much warmer and great sleep.
