The Bikini of air pads

It worked really well for me for an extended backpack trip. Aside from weighing almost nothing and packing in to a very small bag, I was astounded at how well I could sleep on it. I'm 6'5" and 170#s. But felt comfortable by adjusting my body position. Also it takes almost nothing to inflate it and when you are using your lungs at high altitude you won't hyperventilate and get sick. I'm a side- sleeper and was fine.

When weight and compatibility is the priority

Expert Recommendation Content When weight and compatibility is the priority you cannot go wrong. I used it on a bikepacking trip/race where space and weight was my number one priority. For a half body sleeping mat, the comfort was very surprising.

When weight is valued over comfort

A lot of us used this when we shoot Amazing Race. You get a tiny backpack to go around the world with - and you’re often sleeping in airports or salt mines or train stations. Having this little bit of padding makes such a difference. And it’s basically the size of a can of coke

Very light. Packs so small. Relatively comfortable considering it’s incredibly light. The valve can be tricky to close.
