Definition

Nano-influencers are the smallest category of social media influencers. These influencers have the smallest following among influencers, sometimes only in the hundreds. While they don't have nearly as much reach as macro- and micro-influencers, their messaging is viewed as most authentic and relatable. They are also the most affordable when it comes to paid promotions, some even accept free products as a form of payment.
