In other news, ExpertVoice has launched a new solution to help brands gather more targeted recommendations about their products. Read more in this month’s blog post to see how some brands are gathering recommendations from experts while they engage with their lessons, producing some astounding results.

 

ExpertVoice continues to increase support for brands who are recruiting experts to engage with their program. We have revamped and streamlined the onboarding experience for experts who are directed to a brand’s custom landing page. After much optimization and testing, these redesigned pages are increasing conversion and affiliation rates for experts and also include dedicated tracking links to provide reporting so that you can learn the effectiveness of your recruitment emails or see how much traffic your website is driving. Looking ahead, brands are gearing up for the holiday season to ensure experts have the opportunity to experience their products firsthand before the onslaught of holiday shopping.   • 25,476 new experts joined ExpertVoice in September.
  • Experts made 46,389 orders, purchasing 74,580 products last month on ExpertVoice hosted stores.
  • Experts purchased $5,585,805 worth of products last month via ExpertVoice hosted stores.
  • Experts made 5,127 digital recommendations* on ExpertVoice in September.
  • Experts uploaded 3,312 pieces of EGC** last month to ExpertVoice.

 

*What’s a recommendation? Check out any hosted store on the platform, experts can write a recommendation about the gear they own as well as leave a likelihood to recommend score.

**What’s EGC? This is Expert Generated Content – pictures experts have uploaded to the ExpertVoice platform, often tagging brands that they are using in the photo.
