New Filters in Analytics Education Reports
What it is: You can now filter the Education by Team report to view the total number of experts attempting and passing your brand's Edu-Games or passing your Unique Modules.
You can also now filter the Education over Time, by Region, and by Campaign reports to view the total number of experts attempting and passing your brand's Edu-Games. Please note at this time, you cannot filter this report by Unique Modules.
Who this impacts: Brands with educational content on ExpertVoice.
Why it matters: You have better visibility into the total number of experts learning about your brand on ExpertVoice.
Where you can find it: In the Advocacy Platform, click Analytics, Now click to open your desired Education report (by Team, Over Time, by Region, by Campaign). On the right-hand menu, you'll see "Switch Display Metric" with a dropdown menu of various data filters, including the new options to view Edu-Games Attempted, Edu-Games Passed, or Unique Modules Passed (for the Education by Team report only).
