As you may know, eXpertScore objectively measures and ranks each product expert’s knowledge and influence — allowing experts to share their scores with consumers, brands, and retailers — to be recognized and rewarded for their expertise.

We’ve gotten some great feedback about eXpertScore from our experts that provides some ideas for leveraging it:

  • We have contests with employees to see who has highest scores.
  • It is a very efficient way to track pro staff members.
  • It provides a quick and easy way to observe your progress as you take training.
  • I can compare myself against my co-workers. Like a friendly competition!
  • It has added competitiveness to our store. Every so often we brag about beating each other on that leader board.
  • I can use this in my resume.
  • It challenges me to improve!
  • It’s a great tool to see how employees are gaining product knowledge as a manager.
  • It makes your employees want to learn about products which, in turn, makes better salespeople and helps the customer want to return to your store.
  • I can bring it to my employer to show I go the extra mile in training for products we carry. Might get me a little extra on a raise.
  • If I am looking to transfer to a store in a larger area, this score will make my skills more attractive.
