What it is: You can now find fellow experts and follow their profiles from your personal ExpertVoice profile.

Why it matters: There are hundreds of thousands of interesting people sharing their experiences on ExpertVoice. We’re making it easier for experts to connect with each other. You can now keep up with the latest product recommendations and experiences from experts who share your passions.

Who you can follow: You* can only follow experts who have a public profile. If the expert has a private profile, there will not be a “follow” button on their profile.

Where you can follow experts: You can now find and follow experts from the following locations in the ExpertVoice web and mobile browser and iOS app:

• Brand and Product Pages
  • You can now click expert-generated content (photos and recommendations) on these pages to follow the expert who posted it.
• Experts Tab
  • Suggested For You – This default view shows you expert-generated content from the categories and experts you follow. If you have not followed any experts yet, you will still see content suggestions.
  • Experts You Follow – Expert-generated content from the experts you follow.
  • By Category – Expert-generated content from your favorite categories or from a specific category.
  • Experts You Follow – An activity feed with a list of expert-generated content posted chronologically by the experts you follow.
• Head to Head Page
  • Follow experts from the list of top-ranked experts or after you compete with an expert in a Head to Head challenge.

*At this time, the only way a brand can follow an expert is through the brand user’s personal ExpertVoice profile or the brand could create a new ExpertVoice profile specifically for brand community management. If you have any questions, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
